OPINION
YOUNG, Justice.
In a jury trial on limitations issues separate from liability issues, the trial court rendered judgment granting the defendants’ motion for a directed verdict. The plaintiff appeals.
On June 21,1971, Alfredo Ernesto Ramos filed his original petition seeking damages for personal injuries alleged to have resulted from an automobile collision on February 13, 1971, in Willacy County, Texas.
