MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This cause comes before the Court for consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class *678Certification (Dkt. 36), filed November 30, 1993, and Plaintiffs’ Amended Motion for Class Certification (Dkt. 89), filed April 18, 1994. The Court has held an evidentiaryhearing, and has reviewed the parties’ evidence and legal memoranda concerning class certification issues.
