The last will and testament of Margaret T. Johnson, deceased, was contested by appellants by a bill filed on the equity side of the circuit court of Calhoun. Complainants (appellants) demanded a trial by jury, and, such trial being had, a verdict was returned in favor of the validity of the will, and on November 11, 1925, the court entered its decree in agreement with the verdict. November 30th, thereafter-, complainants “moved the court to set aside the verdict of the jury and judgment of the court in this óause.” December 5th the motion was overruled.
