Henry M. Olson, an automobile dealer, in Bode, owned a Chevrolet demonstrating ear which became involved in an automobile accident in May, 1930, and thereby caused the death of Mildred Chambers. Tillie Chambers, the plaintiffappellee, was duly appointed administratrix of the Mildred Chambers estate. As such administratrix, the appellee brought suit against the said Henry M. Olson for the wrongful death of Mildred Chambers, and accordingly, on October 27, 1930, recovered a judgment against him for $5,000.
