Ewers, a former justice of the peace of Edgar county, against Samuel Arbuckle and in favor of the American Insurance Company.

The question presented by this record is whether an action on a judgment of a justice of the peace is barred by the statute of limitations in five years.
It is provided by Sec. 15, Chap. 83, R.
