' This was an action of debt, brought by Edward C. Stanley, in the circuit court of Cook county, against Henry V. Bemis, on the 28th day of August, 1877, upon a judgment rendered in the State of Ohio, on the 10th day of March, 1859. To the declaration the defendant pleaded the Statute of Limitations—that the action did not accrue within five years. To this plea the plaintiff demurred.
