Plaintiff William Wiggins, an employee of the defendant Kimberly-Clark Corporation’s Loudon, Tennessee, mill, brought this suit, in which he alleged contract claims based on alleged violations of the company’s alcohol policy and tort claims (intentional infliction of emotional distress/negligent infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, negligence, false imprisonment, and misrepresentation) against Kimberly-Clark.
