The petitioner seeks review of an order ■of the circuit court upholding the refusal of respondent to quash an information filed .against petitioner, a real estate broker. Respondent Commission had authorized the filing of an information against petitioner ■ charging him with certain violations of ■Chapter 475, Florida Statutes, F.S.A. The •petitioner moved to quash the information ■for lack of jurisdiction, and the motion was •denied by the Commission.
