The plaintiff brings the judgment entered in this case to this court for review upon a writ of error to the circuit court of Cook county. It appears from the record that the declaration consists of three counts and two additional counts filed by the plaintiff, to which the defendants interposed general and special demurrers, which demurrers were sustained by the court, and a judgment of nil capiat was entered against the plaintiff.
