The plaintiff, a citizen of Indiana, brought this action for libel against the defendants, The Nation Associates, Inc., a New York corporation; The American News Company, a New York corporation licensed and doing business in Illinois under its own name and as the Western News Co. Div. of The American News Co.; and Paul L. Klein, a citizen of New York.
