1Opinion of the Court
Adams avenue, in the village of Iron River, runs approximately east and west. On the north side of said street, in about the middle of a block, the defendant, at the time of the accident, maintained a grocery store and meat market. Plaintiff at this time was connected with a baking establishment, his duties being to deliver the product of the bakery to customers thereof. The defendant sold goods made by the concern, for which plaintiff’ was employed, and it was the custom for plaintiff to replenish the stock of defendant each day.
