Appellant’s libel for a divorce upon the ground of desertion was, upon the recommendation of the master and after a review of the record by the court below, dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Libellant, formerly a citizen and resident of the State of New York, came to Philadelphia on January 1, 1926, and filed his libel January 3, 1927.
