It is first contended by the plaintiff’s counsel that by the terms of the will the life interest and the remainder are merged in the widow; that the language of the will clearly evidences a gift of the principal directly to her without the intervention of trustees; that she was given the title and all the rights incident to the title, including the right of disposition by will or. in any other way she might choose.
