OPINION

PELANDER, Presiding Judge.

The primary issue in this case is whether a condominium homeowners association has a duty to protect a social guesVlicensee who, while visiting a resident of the condominium complex, is criminally assaulted in a common area of the complex. Concluding that no such duty existed, the trial court granted summary judgment for defendanVappellee Woodmar IV Condominiums Homeowners Association, Inc. (Woodmar). We affirm.
