In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Tanenbaum, J.), dated March 15, 2000, as denied those branches of their cross motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the first, third, fourth, and sixth causes of action.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provisions thereof denying those branches of the cross motion which were for summary judgment dismissing the first, fourth, and sixth causes of action, and substituting therefor a provision granting…
