This matter came before the Court on remand pursuant to the Order entered on August 27, 2007 by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, for further proceedings to determine whether the Circuit Court of Loudoun County, Virginia, which issued a default judgment in favor of Robin Lawler, the Plaintiff herein (“Plaintiff’), and against Christopher Kulik, the Debtor and Defendant herein (“Debtor”), had personal jurisdiction over the Debtor.
