Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Bruhn, J.), rendered March 7, 2006, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.

Defendant was arraigned on August 4, 2005 on two felony charges stemming from the burglary of a trailer home and subsequent recovery of the stolen items in a residence in the City of Kingston, Ulster County.
