In a proceeding to eompel the Motor Vehicle Accident Indemnification Corporation (hereafter called “MVAIC”) to accept a notice of claim (Insurance Law, § 608), MVAIC appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered July 10, 1964, which granted the application.
