Case Summary

Britney R. Meux was hit by a car while she was jogging. She subsequently died from her injuries. The State charged the alleged driver of the vehicle, Jason R. Coz-manoff, with thirteen crimes including class C felony reckless homicide. Joseph E. Hardiman and Jaketa L. Patterson, as co-administrators of Meux’s estate (“the Estate”), filed a civil wrongful-death complaint against Cozmanoff.
