Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered February 3, 1975 in Albany County, upon a verdict rendered at a Trial Term in favor of plaintiff in an action for wrongful death. Plaintiff brought this action pursuant to the Federal Employer’s Liability Act (FELA) (US Code, tit 45, §§ 51-60) to recover damages for the death of her husband, an employee of the New York Central Railroad.
