This is an action to foreclose a mechanic’s lien instituted by S. A. Sorensen Construction Co., a copartnership, plaintiff, and appellee and cross-appellant, against Roy F. Broyhill and Arline Broyhill, defendants, and appellants and cross-appellees. By cross-petition filed in the action the defendant Roy F. Broyhill sought to recover a money judgment against the plaintiff. The case was tried to the court at the conclusion of which the court found that the lien was valid and that there was an indebtedness of defendants to plaintiff in the ■amount of $3,862.01, and decree of foreclosure was…
