Clyde Dorsey and Elizabeth Dorsey filed a complaint in the Elmore County Circuit Court against William S. Bowers; Willie James Thomas; Bowers Enterprises, Inc.; Paul Davis Systems, Inc., of Montgomery; State Farm Fire and Casualty Company; Paul W. Davis Systems, Inc.; Mike Sadler; Renee Rudolph; and various fictitious defendants.
