MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court on the Application for Authority to Employ Attorney as Special Co-Counsel to Trustee, the Objection of the Debtor to the Trustee’s Application for Authority to Employ Attorney as Special Co-Counsel to Trustee, and Debt- or’s Memorandum In Support thereto.
