SENTENCING OPINION

DOUMAR, District Judge.

On May 19, 1988, Allegheny Bottling Company (Allegheny Pepsi), Morton M. Lapides, and James J. Harford were found guilty of price-fixing, after a seven-week trikl, in violation of section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1. Odis R. Allen pled guilty on March 22, 1988. This opinion is limited to setting forth the reasons for the sentence and the terms of probation imposed upon Allegheny Pepsi.
