Defendant Vladymir Campos has been indicted for three counts of murder in the first degree, three counts of murder in the second degree, three counts of robbery in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees. As of the date of this decision, the People have yet to give notice of their intent to seek the death penalty in this case.
