MEMORANDUM
TAURO, District Judge.
I. Introduction
Plaintiff is the fiduciary for the Glass Dimensions, Inc. Profit Sharing Plan and Trust (“Glass Dimensions Plan”). Plaintiff brings suit on behalf of the Glass Dimensions Plan and a class of other ERISA retirement plans that invested in collective trust funds offered and managed by Defendants. Plaintiff asserts that Defendants breached their fiduciary duty, in violation of ERISA, by engaging in self-dealing transactions and taking unreasonable compensation for securities lending services.
