I. INTRODUCTION
In this action, Plaintiff Students for Fan-Admissions, Inc. (“SFFA”) alleges that Defendant Harvard College (“Harvard”) employs racially and ethnically discriminatory policies and procedures in administering its undergraduate admissions program, in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
