CAVANAUGH, Judge.

The original plaintiff, Lerner Shops of Louisiana, Incorporated, brought this suit against the defendants and alleged that it was the owner of a parcel of land situated in the City of Baton Rouge in the square bounded by Third, Florida, Lafayette and Laurel Streets, but fronting on none of the four streets. The said parcel of land is 54 feet east and west and 56 feet north and south. In its deed dated March 2, 1937, from General Realty Corporation, it acquired a servitude of passage across a strip of land 10 feet wide running along the west side of the above described parcel…
