[, A Pulaski County jury convicted appellant, James T. Huff, of aggravated residential burglary, aggravated robbery, kidnapping, terroristic threatening in the first degree, and battery in the second degree. Huff was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole for kidnapping, to forty years for the charge of aggravated residential burglary, to forty years for aggravated robbery, to six years for terroristic threatening in the first degree, and to six years for battery in the second degree.
