OPINION
BURGESS, Justice.
David Sims appeals from a summary judgment in favor of Western Waste Industries. Sims was an employee of Western Waste Industries of Texas, Inc., (WWIT) a Texas corporation, when he injured his leg on the job. Sims worked as a “bumper” on a garbage truck that collected residential trash. Sims filed suit against Amrep, Inc., the manufacturer of the truck, and Western Waste Industries, Inc.
