Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted by a general court-martial consisting of officer and enlisted members of indecently assaulting Private First Class (PFC) BW on April 2, 1993; attempting to rape AB on November 18, 1995; obstructing justice by attempting to persuade AB not to report Mm for rape; and forcible sodomy of PFC TR on August 3, 1996.
