Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed September 18, 1997, as amended by decision filed September 23, 1999, which ruled that claimant did not sustain an accident or occupational disease arising out of and in the course of her employment.

At issue in this appeal is whether claimant’s medical condition was causally related to her work environment. Shortly after claimant commenced employment as a social welfare examiner for Tompkins County in 1986 she was relocated to the Biggs A building.
