This cause is before the court on separate motions of defendants Helen and Roy Grafe, and of defendants Robin Thrasher, Laura Nauditt, Lizabeth Nutter and Kelly Thrasher (the Thrasher defendants) to dismiss or, in the alternative, to abstain.
