This appeal arises out of a suit for damages for personal injuries which resulted in a verdict for the respondent in the amount of $9,000. We will hereinafter refer to the parties by their designation at the trial. The defendant here contends: (1) that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling defendant’s objection and motions for mistrial based upon plaintiff counsel’s interjection of insurance into the case; (2) that the trial court prejudicially erred in refusing defendant’s offered Instruction “D”; (3) that the trial court prejudicially erred in allowing…
