This case comes to this court on appeal from the circuit court of Sangamon county, where a decree was entered in favor of appellees declaring a resulting trust in 140 acres of land in Sangamon county and for partition. The original bill was filed in the Sangamon county circuit court on February 23, 1920, by G. B. Lutyens and Henry E. Lutyens, appellees here, and alleged that Margaret Ahlrich, the mother of complainants, and John Ahlrich, her husband, their step-father, on November 12, 1900, bought 140 acres of land in Sangamon county for the sum of $10,740; that the title thereto was taken in…
