These appeals arise from a suit against attorneys by former clients, alleging fraud, breach of contract, and professional malpractice. Following motions for summary judgment by the defendant attorneys on all counts, the plaintiffs moved for summary judgment on the breach of contract claim. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants on the fraud count only and denied the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment on the contract claim.
