This is a trademark action, 15 U.S.C. § 1051, et seq., in which Damon’s Restaurants, Inc. (hereinafter “Plaintiff’) alleges that Defendant Eileen K has acted in breach of the Franchise Agreements it has entered into with Plaintiff. Eileen K Inc., Dupont Airport Pub, Inc., and Trinity Road Restaurant Assoc.
