FINCH, Judge.

This is an appeal from a Circuit Court judgment affirming the decision of the Director of the State Department of Public Health and Welfare to uphold his Department’s temporary suspension of appellant’s permanent and total disability (ATPD) benefits. We reverse and remand with directions.

Appellant was placed on general relief by the Jackson County office of the Division of Welfare in March of 1965. In June of that year she began receiving benefits under § 208.0511 because of a permanent and total disability. Thereafter, pursuant to § 208.010.2(1) (a) and (b), the office suspended…
