MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

On October 24, 1997, plaintiff Rhonda Leeker filed suit against her former employer, defendant Gill Studios, Inc. (“Gill Studios”) seeking damages for employment discrimination in violation of Title VII, and specifically, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e(k) Plaintiff also asserted a state law claim under the Kansas Act Against Discrimination (“KAAD”), K.S.A § 44-1001 et seq.
