Roy Hillstrom alleges that he was unlawfully terminated by the Best Western TLC Hotel (Best Western TLC) in Wal-tham, Massachusetts, because of his age and gender. He also asserts a contractual breach of the disciplinary provisions of Best Western TLC’s employee handbook.
