This suit was brought by Tom B. Gurdane, Pa cific Power & Light Company, a corporation, and others, as plaintiffs, against Northern Wasco County Peoples’ Utility District, a quasi-municipal corporation, and its directors and officers, as defendants, to enjoin the defendants from selling or attempting to sell revenue bonds of the Utility District. Prom a decree in favor of the defendants, plaintiffs have appealed.
