OPINION

McKEAGUE, Circuit Judge.

On May 10, 1999, Plaintiff Travis Wade was greasing a bearing on a concrete-cutting saw manufactured by Defendant, Diamant Boart, Inc., when his right hand accidentally brushed up against a moving belt, was pulled in, and was severed. Plaintiff filed suit, alleging that the saw was defectively designed and was not accompanied by adequate warnings. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Diamant Boart on all claims.
