This was an action on a promissory note. Defendant demurred to the amended petition on the ground it failed to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action. The demurrer was sustained and plaintiff has appealed.
The question presented involves application of certain provisions of our securities law in force at the time the note was executed and delivered to plaintiff and which are found at chapter 17, article 12, G. S. 1949.
