AND NOW, this 14th day of May, 2012, upon consideration of Defendant City of Philadelphia’s Amended Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 30) and Plaintiffs’ Response in Opposition Thereto (Doc. No. 32), it is hereby ORDERED that said Motion (Doc. No. 30) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, the City’s motion is GRANTED as to Plaintiffs’ state law claims (Counts IV, VI, *372VII, and VIII) and DENIED in all other respects.
