(After stating the foregoing facts.) The plaintiff insurance company issued a policy of insurance upon the life of Alice Sanford, in which Willie Sanford was named as beneficiary, but, after the death of the insured, paid the face amount of the policy to Willie M. Bryant, upon the theory that the policy had been so changed as to make Bryant the beneficiary instead of the person originally designated as such.
