People v. Sabo

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Delaware County (Becker, J.), rendered December 15, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree.

Defendant was charged in a three-count indictment with the crimes of offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree, defrauding the government and menacing in the second degree.
