This matter is before the Court on the Motions to Dismiss filed by Defendants Federal Election Commission (the “Commission”) and Matthew S. Peterson (“Peterson”), ECF No. 21, and the United States of America, ECF No. 25. Plaintiffs have moved to dismiss their claims against the United States without prejudice.
