Trigon Holdings, Inc. (Employer) petitions this Court for review of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board’s (Board) January 18, 2013 order affirming the Workers’ Compensation Judge’s (WCJ) grant of Kenneth Griffith’s (Claimant) claim petition. The issues for this Court’s review are: (1) whether the Board erred by affirming the WCJ’s determination that Claimant was in the course and scope of his employment at the time of his injury, and (2) whether the WCJ issued a reasoned decision.
