OPINION

TENNEY, District Judge.

This is an action for patent infringement by the patentee, Trans-World Display Corporation (“Trans-World”) against Mechtronics Corporation (“Mechtronics”), a direct competitor of Trans-World in the business of supplying point-of-purchase advertising materials. 1 Trans-World seeks a determination that its U.S. Patent No. 3,674,-175, entitled “Multiple Size Package Display and Dispenser,” has been and is being infringed by Mechtronics, and an injunction against further infringement.
