Larry Guess appeals from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County denying his petition pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (“PCRA”).1 We affirm.

The relevant facts are as follows. Brandon Krupka was a resident of apartment M-101 at Wissahickon Apartments, in Landsdale, Pennsylvania. On August 28, 2008 at approximately 12:22 p.m., Krupka heard a knock at his door, which was secured with a deadbolt.
